We design Fronterra to be accessible, inclusive, and respectful of different backgrounds, abilities, and learning styles.

We do what we say we’ll do

Trust is built through follow-through. We make commitments we can stand behind and take responsibility for delivering them.

We acknowledge bias and stay open to growth

We actively reflect on our assumptions, learn from feedback, and improve continuously.

We own mistakes and learn from them

We don’t hide errors or make excuses. When we get something wrong, we fix it and do better next time.

We act proactively, take ownership, and care deeply about the quality of what we build.

We think big and move thoughtfully

We are ambitious and experimental while taking responsible, well-considered risks, especially when working with children and schools.

Learning should feel engaging and joyful. We look for ways to exceed expectations whenever we can.

Just like our users, we are students too. Curiosity, reflection, and improvement are part of our culture.

Does this build trust with learners, families, and schools?

Does it support Fronterra’s long-term mission?

Is this a commitment we can responsibly keep?

Our reputation is shaped by what we do, not what we say.

Respect for the Individual

Everyone interacting with Fronterra deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. We believe that safe, respectful environments enable people to learn, create, and grow.

We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior of any kind. Respect for individuals is fundamental to how we design our platform and how we work together.

Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

Fronterra is built for a global community of learners. We are committed to inclusion across race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, and background.

These values are reflected in how we design learning experiences, represent characters and environments, and think about access to education. We believe immersive learning can expand opportunity, not limit it.

Open and Honest Communication

We encourage open, respectful communication. Questions, concerns, and feedback are welcomed and taken seriously.

Raising ethical or safety concerns is encouraged and protected. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises concerns in good faith.

Clear communication helps prevent mistakes and strengthens trust across our community.

Leadership Responsibility

Those in leadership roles have a responsibility to model Fronterra’s values through their actions. Ethical behavior does not happen by accident. It is created through clear expectations, accountability, and example.

Upholding the Law and Acting Responsibly

We comply with applicable laws and regulations in all regions where Fronterra operates. This includes data protection, child safety, accessibility, and education-related regulations.

When there is uncertainty, we seek guidance rather than take shortcuts. Acting responsibly is always more important than moving fast.

Fair and Ethical Competition

We compete fairly and ethically. Fronterra stands on the quality, creativity, and impact of its product.

We do not engage in deceptive practices, improper incentives, or unfair competitive behavior.

Confidential and Proprietary Information

Protecting confidential information is critical to our trust with users, schools, and partners.

We safeguard user and student data, educational content and intellectual property, and confidential business and partner information. Confidential information is shared only when there is a legitimate purpose and appropriate authorization.

We avoid situations where personal interests could conflict, or appear to conflict, with Fronterra’s mission or responsibilities.

Any potential conflict should be disclosed and reviewed to ensure decisions remain fair, objective, and in Fronterra’s best interest.

Responsible Use of Resources

Resources are used thoughtfully and responsibly to support Fronterra’s mission. We act with care when handling technology, data, time, and shared tools.

Misuse of resources or use that could harm others or the platform is not acceptable.

Media and Public Communications

To ensure accuracy and consistency, public statements and media communications about Fronterra are handled through designated leadership channels.

Doing the Right Thing

When facing uncertainty, we ask ourselves:

Is this aligned with Fronterra’s values?

Would we be comfortable explaining this decision publicly?

Does this protect learners and build trust?

If something doesn’t feel right, we pause and seek guidance.
